Missing or Damaged Items Notification Policy:
When you receive your package we suggest that you immediately open the package and ensure that all items are contained within the package and are in working order. If an item is missing or damaged, you are required to contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours to report the missing or damaged item. You can contact the Customer Service Department either via email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-951-703-4850. Our hours of operation are: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (PST). We are not responsible for missing or damaged items if we have not been notified within the required time-frame.

If for any reason you wish to return all or part of your order, you can return your items for a refund. Items must be returned to us in the original packaging and in unused condition. No variation from these conditions is permitted.
Toy and Airsoft Gun Returns: To qualify for a refund, request for return instructions must be made within 3 days of delivery of your original order. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org via e-mail prior to returning products. NO EXCEPTIONS. All items must be returned in new and unused condition and include the original packaging materials included with shipment. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund less the restocking fee if opened or used. Items inspected and found not to qualify for a refund will be returned to the customer. Shipping and handling to/from Holy Monkey Inc is nonrefundable. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip must accompany all returns. Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used. Please maintain all shipping receipts until your return is complete. We will not accept returns of toy or airsoft guns sent later than 15 days from the customer's original delivery date.
Refunds for items (not including toy and airsoft guns) returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Same Day Shipping:
Orders received before 12PM Noon Pacific Standard Time weekdays are generally shipped the same day unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure, but it is not a guarantee. Orders received after that time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.
We primarily ship via UPS and USPS, but other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Therefore, please provide a physical address that all major carriers can deliver to, and be sure that your ship-to address is accurate. All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. We reserve the right to pass this re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified by e-mail in such a case. If for any reason your package needs redirecting, you will be charged for that added service.

Shipping rates vary by item. You will be given the choice and cost of all shipping methods during checkout. All shipping charges are based on the destination of your package as well as shipping weight and dimensions. Shipping weight is determined by the estimated weight of all item(s) plus the necessary packing materials and the shipping box.

Holy Monkey Inc does not verify each ship-to address individually prior to shipment. Therefore, if your address requires any additional country specific information for your package to arrive in a timely manner, please make sure you have provided it. You can do this either by emailing us or by adding a note to your PayPal checkout. You can also call us at 951-703-4850. Once your shipment leaves the United States, we have no control over the package and you will have to deal with the carrier directly to resolve any issues related to your shipment.
Holy Monkey Inc is not responsible for any delays caused by, or packages held by, customs. Many countries have laws that restrict the entry of certain goods. Because the laws of each country are constantly changing, we cannot be held responsible should your item be seized or rejected by customs. We will not refund the cost of shipping or the cost of goods. If your package is returned to us, we will issue you a refund for the goods only. Should you desire to have the package shipped again, or to an alternate address, you will have to pay for shipping again. Customers accept full responsibility for determining if the products you are ordering violate your country's laws.

Holy Monkey Inc is bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier, liability of the package no longer lies with Holy Monkey Inc. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. Holy Monkey Inc will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, behind a bush, in the garage, between the doors, etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed. Holy Monkey Inc has no control over a carrier’s decision if your location is considered “safe” to leave a package. If this happens, the carrier will leave a notice notifying you that an attempt was made for delivery. You must follow the carrier’s directions on the notice for delivery of your package. If any package is returned to Holy Monkey Inc for any reason, no refund for shipping charges will be issued.
