Missing or Damaged Items Notification Policy:
When you receive your package we suggest that you immediately open the package and ensure that all items are contained within the package and are in working order. If an item is missing or damaged, you are required to contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours to report the missing or damaged item. You can contact the Customer Service Department either via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-760-981-1010. Our hours of operation are: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (PST). We are not responsible for missing or damaged items if we have not been notified within the required time-frame.
We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Paypal. We accept orders online or over the phone at 888-KIDS-STORE and 1-760-981-1010. In special cases, we may also accept Postal Money Orders or checks made payable to Kids Army Inc. Please place your order over the phone to see if you qualify. These orders will require special handling and an increased delivery time while we wait for your payment to clear.
At Kids Army Inc. your privacy is one of our top priorities. We realize that your personal information is very important to you, just as you are very important to us. It is necessary for us to collect certain private information from you in order to make shopping at our site possible. However, we do not collect more information than is necessary, nor do we use that information in ways other than what it was given to us for and the uses posted above.
Please Note: WE DO NOT Keep Customers Credit Card Details On File. Card Details Are Deleted After Payments Are Taken.
