Online Returns

Here at Kids-Army.com we want your return process to be as simple as possible.  With that in mind we have provided this easy do it yourself return label process, to make life easier.

We do have a few rules that need to be followed to process the return, so please take a moment to read the description below that describes your return reason and follow the directions provided.  When you get to the RETURN PAGE you will be asked to select from one of the options below.


The main one to remember is we have a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY on all items except AIRSOFT, which has a 15 DAY RETURN POLICY.

Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories  or your return will be rejected.

Arrived Too Late:

If your order WAS shipped on time (within 48 business hours of receiving your order) and you selected UPS Ground or USPS, there will be NO REFUND given for your original shipping charges, or the cost of the return label.  Your refund total will be the amount of your returned item/s, less the cost of the return shipping charges.

If your order WAS NOT shipped on time (within 48 business hours of receiving your order), we WILL REFUND you for the item/s you returned, including all shipping charges.

If your order WAS shipped on time (within 48 business hours of receiving your order) and you paid for UPS AIR, and UPS failed to meet the service level you selected, we WILL REFUND you for the item/s you return, including all shipping charges. Note: You must have allowed enough time for the package to be processed and delivered to you by the date you needed it.  If everything was done correctly by Kids-Army.Com and UPS, there will be NO REFUND provided. 

If your order WAS shipped on time (within 48 Business Hours of receiving your order) and you selected USPS services of any kind, we WILL NOT refund your original shipping charges and WILL charge you for the return label.  USPS make NO GUARANTEES on their shipping service.


Changed Mind:

  • We understand that sometimes you wish to change your mind.  In this case we will refund you for your returned item/s, but we WILL NOT pay for the cost of the return label. Your refund total will be the amount of your returned item/s, less the cost of the return shipping charges.

Damaged:

  • If any of the items in your order are damaged, please contact us first to let us know which item/s are damaged. Often it is less expensive for us to send you a replacement item and have you discard the origial item we sent you.  If we determine it makes sense to return the item/s, we will ask you to send the item/s back to us using our FREE shipping return label.  Any item/s sent back to us without first contacting us via telephone at (760-981-1010) or emailing (customerservice@kids-army.com) WILL NOT be covered by our FREE return label program. Your refund total will be the amount of your returned item/s, less the cost of the return shipping charges.

Defective:  

  • If any of the items in your order are defective, please contact us first to let us know which item/s are defective.  Often it is less expensive for us to send you a replacement item/s and have you discard the orignal item we sent you.  If we determine it makes sense to return the item, we will ask you to send the item/s back to us using our FREE shipping return label. Items sent back to us without first contacting us via telephone at (760-981-1010) or emailing (customerservice@kids-army.com), WILL NOT be covered by our FREE return label program. Your refund total will be the amount of your returned item, less the cost of the return shipping charges.

Exchange:

  • Unless we shipped you the incorrect item, we do not offer exchanges at this time.  We require that you send back the item/s you wish to change for a refund and then place a new order for the item/s you want to change.  This way we can create a new order for the item/s you need and ship it quickly, without having to wait for the item you wish to change to be returned and processed.  You can use the exchange option, but we will charge you for the return shipping label.  Your refund total will be the amount of your returned item, less the cost of the return shipping charges.

Missing Parts:

  • If any of the items in your order are missing parts, please contact us first to let us know what parts are missing.  Often it is less expensive for us to send you the missing part/s than have you send your original item back to us. If we determine it makes sense to return the item, we will ask you to send the item/s back to us using our FREE shipping return label.  Items sent back to us without first contacting us via telephone at (760-981-1010) or emailing (customerservice@kids-army.com) WILL NOT be covered by our FREE return label program. Your refund total will be the amount of your returned item/s, less the cost of the return shipping charges.

Not as Described:

  • If for any reason you feel your items did not meet your expectations or you feel the items where not as described, you may return your item/s for a full refund.  WE WILL refund you for the item/s and all shipping expenses.  We do ask that you contact us prior to sending the item/s back, as some items are not worth sending back because of the cost of shipping vs the item cost.  We may end up asking you to dispose of the item or donate it to charity and still receive your full refund.

Ordered Wrong Item:

  • We are all human and sometimes we just order the wrong item.  In this case we will gladly refund you for your item\s.  Your refund total will be the amount of your returned item/s, less the cost of the return shipping charges.  

Wrong Item Sent:

  • Although we make every effort to stop any orders leaving our warehouse without being thoroughly checked, it still occasionally  happens.  In this situation please contact us first to let us know what we sent and what we should have sent.  Sometimes it is less expensive for us to just send you the correct item and let you keep the wrong one we sent you.  If we determine it makes sense to return the item, we will ask you to send the item/s back to us suing our FREE shipping return label.

Rental:

  • NOT USED.

Warranty:

  • SEE DEFECTIVE

Other:

  • We have no idea what other would be, but if it's other, it's best if you call first.  It's probably going to be an interesting story, and we like interesting stories! :-)
